Abstract

There is disclosed a plug composed of three cooperating plastic items (1,2,3)constituting a composite security system adaptable to adequately-shaped liquid-containing bottles in order to provide security while opening and prevent unsafe opening by children.

Διατίθενται στην αγορά διάφορα πώματα ασφαλείας, τα οποία όμως παρουσιάζουν ατέλειες και προβλήματα με αποτέλεσμα να είναι εύκολη ή πολύ δύσκολη η παραβίαση της ασφάλειας για παιδιά τους. Επίσης έχουν προβλήματα διαρροής και αποτελούνται από περισσότερα αντικείμενα και στάδια παραγωγής. Η συγκεκριμένη ευρεσιτεχνία συνδυάζει τεχνική αρτιότητα, ευχρησία και οικονομία στο τελικό προϊόν συσκευασίας. Το προτεινόμενο πώμα είναι σύνθετο, αποτελούμενο από δύο πώματα. Ένα εσωτερικό υπόπωμα με ρύγχος, που βιδωνόμενο έρχεται σε σφράγιση με το φιαλίδιο και από ένα επίπωμα, που βιδωνόμενο σφραγίζει στο υπόπωμα - ρύγχος. Το σύνθετο πώμα ασφαλείας, σε συνδυασμό με τη συνεχόμενη μετ’ αυτού φιάλη, παρουσιάζει άριστη ασφάλεια ώστε να μην είναι εύκολο να ανοιχτεί από παιδιά, διότι και τα τρία αντικείμενα φέρουν ειδικά νεύρα που μπλοκάρουν το ξεβίδωμα. Τα νεύρα του επιπώματος μπορούν να απελευθερωθούν από τα νεύρα του υποπώματος - ρύγχους, μόνο όταν ο χρήστης πιέσει τα ειδικά σημεία πίεσης, που βρίσκονται διακριτά στο επίπωμα. Ενώ τα νεύρα του υποπώματος - ρύγχους δεν μπορούν να απελευθερωθούν από τα νεύρα της φιάλης. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο αποτρέπεται το άνοιγμα της συσκευασίας από παιδιά και ορίζει τη χρήση της συσκευασίας αυτής ασφαλή, για πλήρωση με επικίνδυνα υγρά. Στο σχ.1 παρουσιάζεται το επινοηθέν πώμα, το οποίο αποτελείται από τρία μέρη, το πώμα - ρόγχος (2), το επίπωμα χρήσης ( 1 ) με την ασφάλεια του πρώτου ανοίγματος (15), η οποία ασφάλεια πριν από το πρώτο άνοιγμα είναι προσκολλημένη στο επίπωμα (1). Το εν λόγω πώμα είναι σχεδιασμένο για να εφαρμόζεται σε κατάλληλη φιάλη (3) , η οποία φέρει ειδικά διαμορφωμένο λαιμό.
