Abstract

A garden and beach sun shade umbrella furnished with a net offering partial and controllable shading is disclosed. It consists of two constituent parts: the upper deployable part comprising the shading net and the lower part operating as a base. The aim of the invention is to provide skin-safe sun protection and desired agreeable tanning thanks to the partial penetration of sun beams; the perforated weave ensures the umbrella’s low resistance to the wind.

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά μια ομπρέλα σκίασης (θαλάσσης - κήπου) ανεξαρτήτως διαστάσεων σύμφωνα με την κυρία έννοια της αξιώσεως ευρεσιτεχνίας 1 . The present invention concerns a shading umbrella (sea - garden) regardless of dimensions according to the main meaning of patent claim 1.

Στις υπάρχουσες ομπρέλες θαλάσσης υπάρχει πλήρης σκίαση που δεν επιτρέπει καθόλου την ηλιακή ακτινοβολία έτσι ώστε δεν μπορούν να μας προσφέρουν ηλιοθεραπεία κάτω από την ομπρέλα. Με αποτέλεσμα να αναγκαζόμαστε να εκθέτουμε το δέρμα μας στον ήλιο και στις βλαβερές ακτίνες του με συνέπειες για τον οργανισμό μας. Σκοπός της παρούσης εφεύρεσης είναι να έχουμε τη δυνατότητα της ηλιοθεραπείας κάτω από την ομπρέλα χωρίς συνέπειες για το δέρμα μας. The purpose of the present invention is to have the possibility of sunbathing under the umbrella without consequences for our skin.

1 . The shade umbrella (sea - garden) is characterized by the shade net it will bring. This is a perforated fabric and we can choose how much percent shading we want, which is set from 35 to 95 percent, depending on the weave we choose. We can use shading net, camouflage net and polyester translucent fabric. The purpose of this shade net is to provide us with a tan under the umbrella as it allows the sun's rays to penetrate it and at the same time provides UV protection without fully exposing our skin to the harmful solar radiation.

2. The (sea - garden) shade umbrella according to claim 1 is an umbrella having a perforated weave shade net with a shading capability of 35% to 95% and in addition less wind resistance.

3. The shade umbrella according to claims 1 and 2 is used for tanning under the umbrella without the effects of the harmful rays of the sun.

4. According to claims 1, 2, 3, it is a sea-garden umbrella of independent dimensions, materials and colors consisting of the main frame with a characteristic element of the shade net it will carry.
