Abstract

There is disclosed a bathroom floor’s siphon having a PVC body and four polypropylene entries 1 wherein the piping of the hydraulic installation is connected; the connections are carried out via the seal 7 and the fitting 6 which screws on the thread of each entry 1. The additional exit 2 has a conical male extremity whereto the waste water piping is connected. The aperture 3 formed at the top of the siphon is intended to receive the foam trap 4 having a perforated rack assisting the water removal. The invented siphon can be connected to plastic tubes of any type.

Το σιφόνι μπάνιου αποτελεί απαραίτητο εξάρτημα σε κάθε υδραυλική εγκατάσταση της αποχέτευσης ενός οικήματος. Το σιφόνι βρίσκεται συνήθως στο κέντρο ή κοντά στη μπανιέρα ή ντουζιέρα ενός μπάνιου, ενώ η κλίση του εδάφους γύρω από αυτό είναι τέτοια, ώστε να οδηγεί τα νερά που μπορεί να βρίσκονται στο δάπεδο να κυλούν εντός αυτού και από εκεί στην αποχέτευση. Ένα από τα σημαντικότερα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν τα σιφόνια της αγοράς ως σήμερα είναι ότι δε μπορούν να συνδεθούν με όλους τους τύπους σωληνώσεων. Αν η εγκατάσταση είναι από σωλήνες πολυπροπυλενίου, η σύνδεση με το σιφόνι μπορεί να γίνει μόνο με τη χρήση ελαστικού δακτυλίου, καθώς υλικά όπως το πολυαιθυλένιο ή το πολυπροπυλένιο δε γίνεται να συγκολληθούν αλλιώς. Οι ελαστικοί δακτύλιοι, από την πλευρά τους, όπως είναι γνωστό φθείρονται με την πάροδο του χρόνου και από τις συνεχείς συστολές -διαστολές και αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα την εμφάνιση διαρροών στα σημεία των ενώσεων. Από την άλλη πλευρά, αν η υδραυλική εγκατάσταση γίνει από σωλήνες πολυβινυλοχλωριδίου, γνωστότερου ως PVC, η σύνδεση με το εκάστοτε σιφόνι μπορεί να γίνει μόνο με τη χρήση κόλλας κατάλληλης για αντίστοιχες εφαρμογές. Μια τέτοια επιλογή, παρουσιάζει αναμφίβολα μειονεκτήματα, καθώς η κόλλα δεν επιτρέπει μετέπειτα αποσυναρμολόγηση και επανασυναρμολόγηση στο σημείο ένωσης του σιφονιού, ενώ παράλληλα αυξάνει και το σχετικό κόστος εγκατάστασης. Such an option undoubtedly presents disadvantages, as the glue does not allow subsequent disassembly and reassembly at the point of connection of the siphon, while at the same time it increases the relative installation costs.

Αποτελεί έτσι αντικείμενο της παρούσης εφευρέσεως να αντιμετωπίσει πλεονεκτικά τα προαναφερθέντα μειονεκτήματα και ελλείψεις της προηγούμενης τεχνολογίας προτείνοντας ένα σιφόνι δαπέδου μπάνιου, το οποίο διαθέτει σύνδεσμο σύσφιξης, γνωστότερο και ως ρακόρ, και φλάντζα στεγανοποίησης, ικανό να συνδεθεί με κάθε τύπο σωληνώσεων. Το σώμα του σιφονιού δαπέδου μπάνιου είναι κατασκευασμένο από πολυβινυλοχλωρίδιο και αποτελείται από τέσσερεις εισόδους (1) και μία έξοδο (2), Σχ.1. Η έξοδος (2) διαθέτει αρσενική απόληξη και είναι εν γένει κωνικού σχήματος, ώστε να διευκολύνεται η σύνδεσή της με τη σωλήνωση της αποχέτευσης. Κάθε είσοδος (1) διαθέτει βόλτες (5), Σχ. 3, στις οποίες βιδώνει σύνδεσμος σύσφιξης (6), γνωστός ως ρακόρ, με τη βοήθεια φλάντζας στεγανοποίησης (7). Η εσωτερική διάμετρος της κάθε εισόδου (1) είναι ενδεικτικά 40 χιλιοστά, χωρίς όμως να είναι περιοριστικό κάτι τέτοιο, αφού μπορούν να υπάρξουν και σιφόνια δαπέδου με εσωτερική διάμετρο εισόδων 32 ή 50 χιλιοστών, ώστε να καλύπτονται οι συνήθεις τύποι σωληνώσεων. The internal diameter of each inlet (1) is indicatively 40 mm, but this is not limiting, since there can also be floor siphons with an internal diameter of 32 or 50 mm inlets, in order to cover the usual types of piping.
