Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά στους αναστολείς των αμινοπεπτιδασών του ενδοπλασματικού δικτύου 1, 2 (ERAP1, ERAP2) και της ελεγχόμενης από την Ινσουλίνη αμινοπεπτιδάσης (1RAP) και στις μεθόδους αναστολής τους, όπως και σε συνθέσεις που αποτελούν αναστολείς. Ειδικότερα, οι αναστολείς της παρούσης εφεύρεσης μπορεί να είναι χρήσιμοι σε θεραπεία διαταραχών ή καταστάσεων όπου παρουσιάζεται υπερβολική ή ανεπιθύμητη δραστηριότητα των ERAP1 ή ERAP2 ή IRAP, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του καρκίνου, αυτοάνοσων νοσημάτων, στην αγκυλοποιητική σπονδυλίτιδα και σε άλλες σπονδυλοαρθρίτιδες, στο διαβήτη και στη ρύθμιση της κυτταρικής πρόσληψης της γλυκόζης και ομοιόστασης.
