Abstract
Μέθοδος και σύστημα ξήρανσης οργανικών βιοαποικοδομήσιμων απορριμμάτων, που χαρακτηρίζεται από το ότι είναι ένα υβριδικό σύστημα ξήρανσης (συνεργιστική δράση φωτοαποικοδόμησης και μηχανικής αποικοδόμης) που παράγει σταθεροποιημένο προϊόν χαμηλής κοκκομετρίας πολλαπλών χρήσεων. Αρχικά πραγματοποιείται η είσοδος των οργανικών βιοαποικοδομήσιμων απορριμμάτων στην κύρια μονάδα ξήρανσης (1) και ο προγραμματισμός λειτουργίας μέσω της μονάδας ελέγχου και χειρισμού, η φωτοαποικοδόμηση-έκθεση σε ειδική λυχνία ξήρανσης (6), ως στάδιο προκατεργασίας, η μηχανική αποικοδόμηση αποβλήτων για την λήψη σωματιδίων με επιθυμητό μέγεθος μικρότερο από 3εκ. χρησιμοποιώντας για τον σκοπό αυτό διάταξη συνεχούς οριζόντιας περιστροφικής ανάδευσης (7), η οποία είναι τοποθετημένη σε κατάλληλο ύψος εντός του αποσπώμενου διάτρητου θαλάμου μεταλλικής στιβαρής κατασκευής (5), ο οποίος τοποθετείται ομοκεντρικά και ομοαξονικά εντός της κυρίας μονάδας ξήρανσης (1), η παράλληλη συνεχής φωτοαποικοδόμηση και συνεχής διαχωρισμός της αποξηραμένης-σταθεροποιημένης μάζας από τον αποσπώμενο διάτρητο θάλαμο μεταλλικής στιβαρής κατασκευής (5), βάση κοκκομετρίας, και η παράλληλη αναρρόφηση υποπίεση των παραγόμενων αερίων και απομάκρυνσή τους.
