Abstract

Η εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με καινοτόμες συνθέσεις του tigapotide, που αποτελούνται από πολυμερικές, λιπιδικές, δενδριτικές και συνδυασμό λιπιδικών δενδριτικών δομών, καθώς και τη χρήση τους για τη θεραπεία νόσων. Αυτές οι συνθέσεις των νανοφορέων μεγιστοποιούν τα πλεονεκτήματα της διαδικασίας μεταφοράς του φαρμακομορίου λόγω των καινοτόμων κολλοειδών νανοφορέων και συνεπώς τις βιολογικές ιδιότητες (όπως π.χ. την ογκοκατασταλτική) του tigapotide. Δυναμική (DLS), Στατική (SLS) και Ηλεκτροφορητική (ELS) Σκέδαση του Φωτός χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για να εξεταστούν το μέγεθος, η κατανομή μεγέθους, το ζ-δυναμικό, καθώς και η κλασματική διάσταση των νανοφορέων σε υδατικά και βιολογικά μέσα διασποράς. Η αποτελεσματικότητα της ενσωμάτωσης στις συνθέσεις των νανοφορέων μελετήθηκε επίσης.
