Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μέθοδο παρασκευής αρτοσκευάσματος με διπλή γέμιση όπου η μία εκ των δύο γεμίσεων περικλείει την άλλη γέμιση έτσι ώστε η τελευταία να μην έρχεται καθόλου σε επαφή με το αρτοσκεύασμα καθώς και στο μηχάνημα εφαρμογής της συγκεκριμένης μεθόδου παρασκευής με το οποίο εκχύνεται η ως άνω περιγραφόμενη διπλή γέμιση στο αρτοσκεύασμα πριν ή μετά την έψηση αυτού. Η τελική διαμόρφωση του αρτοσκευάσματος με διπλή γέμιση όπου η μία γέμιση περικλείει πλήρως την άλλη, έχει τεχνολογικό ενδιαφέρον λόγω της καινοτομίας που εισάγει στην διατήρηση της εμφάνισης καθώς και των οργανοληπτικών χαρακτηριστικών των αρτοσκευασμάτων με γέμιση.
