Abstract

Αφαιρούμενη και ανακλινόμενη πλευρική σανίδα (20) με μονολιθικό φύλλο (210) για πλαίσιο νοσοκομειακής κλίνης (1) και μέθοδος παραγωγής του μονολιθικού φύλλου (210) της πλευρικής σανίδας (20), όπου η πλευρική σανίδα (20) συνίσταται από: 1) διαμορφωμένο μονολιθικό φύλλο (210) από πλαστικό υλικό μέσω της τεχνικής χύτευσης με εμφύσηση ή περιστροφικής χύτευσης, το οποίο εφοδιάζεται με ανοίγματα (211, 212, 213) που χρησιμεύουν σαν χειρολαβές και το οποίο στο κατώτερο μέρος περιέχει συνδετικό τμήμα προς το ακραίο στοιχείο (30) του πλαισίου της βάσης της κλίνης, 2) όπου το συνδετικό τμήμα ενσωματώνει κατά μήκος των δύο πλευρών (215, 216) δύο προεξέχοντες πείρους υπό ορθή γωνία προς την πλευρά (215, 216) του φύλλου (210), 3) όπου οι αναφερθέντες ορθογωνικοί πείροι εισάγονται εντός ενθέτου (230) από πλαστικό υλικό, το οποίο περιέχει κοιλότητα (232) σε μια τουλάχιστον από τις δύο έδρες (231a, 231b). Όπου το ακραίο στοιχείο (30) του πλαισίου της βάσης της κλίνης περιέχει δύο ευθυγραμμισμένα εγκάρσια τεμάχια που υποστηρίζουν την πλευρική σανίδα (20), μεταξύ των οποίων τοποθετείται το συνδετικό τμήμα του φύλλου (210), όπου κάθε εγκάρσιο τεμάχιο έχει κατακόρυφη έδρα σχήματος U, ανοικτή προς το συνδετικό τμήμα του φύλλου (210), εντός της οποίας ασφαλίζεται το ένθετο (230) της πλευρικής σανίδας (20).
