Abstract

Problem to be solved: to manufacture curved and hollow curtain walls of great curvature radius with in-hot curved glass panes; to solve problems resulted from thermal treatment taking great cost and time. Technical features: application of two frames for each glazing pane instead of one applied so far; the external frame (2.6, 3.1) bears the internal glass pane (2.7, 3.2), and the internal frame (2.8, 3.3) the external glass pane (2.9, 3.4) so that both glass panes can remain independent and only the curving of the internal frame with the external glass pane can be feasible (the external frame remaining firm and the internal glass pane planar). The curving of the internal frame with the external glass pane is effected with mere tightening and stabilization of said internal frame onto the external one.
