Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μέθοδο και σύστημα για την ενίσχυση της ακαμψίας τσερκιών από μπετόβεργα, τα οποία μπορεί να είναι απλά ή πολύτμητα, στα οποία τσέρκια υπάρχουν τουλάχιστον ένα σημείο όπου δύο μπετόβεργες είναι επάλληλες μεταξύ των, τα οποία σημεία ευρίσκονται σε ευθύγραμμα τμήματα ή σε γωνίες των τσερκιών, οδηγώντας τα τσέρκια προς δύο πείρους έτσι ώστε το σημείο συνδέσεως -δύο επάλληλες μπετόβεργες- να ευρίσκεται στο μέσον των πείρων, ακολούθως οι επάλληλες μπετόβεργες πιέζονται η μία επί της άλλης, και καθώς οι δύο μπετόβεργες είναι εγκλωβισμένες ανάμεσα στους πείρους, ωθούμενες προς τους πείρους και πιεζόμενες προς το επίπεδο ένας συνδετικός μηχανισμός συνδέει τις επάλληλες μπετόβεργες μεταξύ των, με την διαδικασία να υλοποιείται για ικανό αριθμό σημείων, ο όποιος να προσδίδει την αναγκαία ακαμψία στο τσέρκι. Ο μηχανισμός σύνδεσης μπορεί να είναι σύνδεση με σύρμα, ή συγκόλλληση με πρόσθεση υλικού ή συγκόλληση με αντίσταση.
