Abstract

Subject: panel-type building material and auxiliary elements made from lightweight concrete composed of proportionally added lightweight inert materials (reinforced cement, water and chemical materials for the expansion and elasticity of the concrete materials) mixed up into a concrete mixer. This mixture is then set into proportionally sized moulds containing intermediate building meshes and expanded polystyrene sheets 2. Being vibrated together, all these construction components should remaininto moulds until complete drying and setting of the mixture. The construction of the panels and auxiliary elements is vertically performed by following the peripheral metal channels placed at the base 3. Male- and female-type couplings are glued atthe junctions of the thus-formed construction elements by means of concrete glue. Advantages: low-cost construction of a unified wall firmly constructed in least time, with equal surfaces, and minimal plastering work 4.5; it is a lightweight product characterised by high-level antinuclear protection, thermal insulation and sound insulation properties as well.
