Abstract

The mechanism consists at least of an eccentric shaft (1), spindle shaped rotor (3 or 5), orbiting about to the eccentric (2) of the above shaft (1), a synchrornization device (9,10-fig.9 or 11,12-fig10) that determines their angular velocities ratio to tha value two, and a stationary housing (13 or14). During rotation, two changing volume chambers i and ii are formed between the two cylindrical surfaces R or R'(fig3, fig 4) of the rotor, the seals s1 and s2 and the housing inner walls. The changes of the volume of the above chambers are utilized for positive displacement of fluids and performance of thermodynamic processes.
