Abstract

ία μέθοδος και σύσταση ειδικού προσμίγματος ζωοτροφών για την παραγωγή αυγών ωμέγα ή ω-3 βελτιωμένης σύνθεσης, των βιομέγα 3 αυγών. Το πρόσμειγμα αποτελείται από λιναρόσπορο , ιχθυάλευρο, γλουτένη,μηδικάλευρο, μείγμα αρωματικών φυτών (θυμάρι, ρίγανη, δυόσμο), καθώς και από φυσικό ζεόλιθο. Επίσης, συμμετέχουν εκ προσθήκης, βιταμίνη Ε, βιταμίνη D3, β-καροτίνια (βιταμίνη Α), φολικό οξύ, ιώδιο, σελήνιο, ασκορβικό οξύ. Το πρόσμειγμα αυτό προστίθεται και αναμειγνύεται με άλλες ζωοτροφές (σογιάλευρο,καλαμποκάλευρο κτλ.) στο σιτηρέσιο των ορνιθλων. Τα αυγά που παράγονται από τις όρνιθες που κατανάλωσαν με την τροφή τους το πρόσμειγμα το οποίο παρασκευάζεται σύμφωνα με την παρούσα εφεύρεση είναι εμπλουτισμένα με ω-3 λιπαρά οξέα, βιταμίνη Ε, βιταμίνη D-3, β-καροτίνιο, αντιοξειωτικές ουσίες, σελήνιο, φολικό οξύ, ιώδιο, φυσικές χρωστικές ουσίες και έχουν, μετά το μαγείρεμα, διακρτική γεύση. ΰ
