Abstract

ΠΡΟΣΔΙΟΡΙΣΜΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΤΟΜΕΑ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΗΣ Η παρούσα εφεύρεση πειλαμβάνει μεθόδους για την δημιουργία φυτών και σπόρων αγγουριάς (Cucumis sativus L.) με γενετική αντοχή έναντι της ασθένειας "σήψη των ριζώνκαι του στελέχους" που προκαλείται απο τον παθογόνο μύκητα Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. radicis-cucumerinum.Επίσης περιλαμβάνει μέθοδο για την παραγωγή εμβολιασμένων φυτών αγγουριάς (C. sativus) πάνω στην σειρά C566 η οποιοδήποτε άλλο γενετικό υλικό αγγουριάς (C.sativus) με αντοχή έναντι της ασθένειας "σήψη των ριζών και του στελέχους" που προκαλέιται απο τον μύκητα F.oxysporum f.sp.radicis-cucumerinum. ΤΡΟΠΟΣ ΕΠΙΛΥΣΗΣ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΟΥ ΠΡΒΛΗΜΑΤΟΣ Φυτά αγγουριάς (C.sativus) με γενετική αντοχή έναντι της ασθένειας "σήψη των ριζών και του στελέχους " που προκαλείται απο τον μύκητα F.oxysporum f.sp radicis-cucumerinum χρησιμοποιούνται για την δημιουργία των φυτών και των σπόρων αγγουριάς της παρούσας εφεύρεσης. Η προτιμώμενη σειρά αγγουριάς (C.sativus) που χρησιμοποιείται στην παρούσα εφεύρεση ως πηγή των γονιδίων αντοχής έναντι του μύκητα F. oxysporum f.sp. radiciscucumerinum ονομάζεται C566.
