Abstract

Το κλιπ ανευρύσματος εγκεφάλου αποτελείται από κεφαλή, αυχένα και δύο σκέλη. Το κάτω σκέλος στις δύο πλάγιες εξωτερικές επιφάνειές του έχει ένα μικρό αποστρογγυλευμένο χείλος σε αμβλεία γωνία με την άνω και την κάτω επιφάνεια του κάτω σκέλους σχηματίζοντας έτσι μια θέση υποδοχής του άνω σκέλους. Το άνω σκέλος εφαρμόζει απόλυτα μεταξύ των δύο μικρών χειλέων του κάτω σκέλους δεδομένου ότι οι πλάγιες αποστρογγυλευμένες επιφάνειές του σχηματίζουν οξεία γωνία με την άνω επιφάνεια του άνω σκέλους και αμβλεία γωνία με την κάτω επιφάνεια του άνω σκέλους. Η αμβλεία γωνία των αποστρογγυλευμένων πλαγίων επιφανειών του άνω σκέλους είναι ίση με την αμβλεία γωνία των μικρών αποστρογγυλευμένων χειλέων του κάτω σκέους. Με τον τρόπο αυτό η απολίνωση του ανευρύσματος γίνεται ασφαλέστερη δεδομένου ότι μειώνεται ο κίνδυνος μετακίνησης του κλιπ.ΰ
