Abstract

Ενα ζύγωμα για μία δίχρονη εμβολοφόρο μηχανή περιλαμβάνει ένα πείρο ζυγώματος κοχλιούμενο στο βάκτρο εμβόλου 7 και στρεφόμενο σε ένα έδρανο ζυγώματος, το κάτω τμήμα του οποίου 3 συνδέεται σταθερά με το συνδετικό βάκτρο 2, ενώ το άνω τμήμα του 4 κοχλιώνεται στο κάτω τμήμα, μέσω κοχλιών που διεισδύουν προς τα άνω μέσω του κάτω τμήματος εντός κοχλιοτομημένων οπών στην κάτω πλευρά του ανω τμήματος. Το βάκτρο εμβόλου 7 εκτείνεται μέσω μιας υποδοχής στο άνω τμήμα 4. Ενας αγωγός παροχής ελαίου 19 και ένας σωλήνας εξόδου ελαίου 23, που οδηγεί σε αγωγούς ελαίου στο πλαίσιο της μηχανής, στερεώνονται σε κάθε πλευρά του βάκτρου εμβόλου στην υποδοχή. Ο κεντρικός τομέας 1 του πείρου ζυγώματος εκβάλει αμέσως σε δύο ακραίους τομείς 5 που στρέφονται σε οδηγά πέλματα. Το ζύγωμα έχει μόνο μία μικρή προέκταση κατά την διαμήκη διεύθυνση της μηχανής. ω
