Abstract
Μετά από επιστάμενη μελέτη και αξιολόγηση των συστημάτων που υπάρχουν στο εμπόριο για καλλιέργεια μικροβιακών δειγματων και μετά από επισταμένη έρευνα και σύγχρονη τεχνογνωσία επινοήσαμε το νέο ημιαυτόματο κλειστό σύστημα τριβλίου πετρί που χάρις στα ειδικά χαρακτηριστικά γνωρίσματα που έχει δίνει την λύση στα προβλήματα των καλλιεργειών με αποτέλεσμα αφ'ενός την γρήγορη καλλιέργεια και την μείωση των δυνατοτήτων επιμόλυνσης των δειγμάτων και αφ'ετέρου τον εύκολο και γρήγορο υπολογισμό του αριθμού των μονάδων αποικίας των βακτηριδίων. Ειδικότερα φέρει στο σκέπασμα ενσωματωμένη σπάτουλα τύπου χτένας με 4 δόντια, (κατά προτίμηση σε μέγεθος τριβλίου διαμέτρου 10 εκατοστών), για την επίστρωση και ανάμιξη των δειγμάτων (σχέδιον 1). Ο πυθμένας του τριβλίου είναι μεγαλύτερης διαμέτρου από το σκέπασμα και φέρει αύλακα περιφερειακής τροχιάς ώστε να συγκρατείται με ασφάλεια το σκέπασμα για ομαλή κυκλική κίνησή του κατά την ανάμιξη και επίστρωση του δείγματος (σχέδιο 2). Ο πυθμένας του τριβλίου φέρει επίσης τετραγωνίδια 10Χ10 χιλ και 5Χ5 χιλ. τύπου πλέγματος με αρίθμηση και κωδικοποίηση για την εύκολη καταμέτρηση των σχηματιζομένων μονάδων αποικίας των βακτηριδίων ανά εκατοστό και 0,5 του εκατοστού (Σχέδιο 3). ωAfter careful study and evaluation of the commercially available systems for culturing microbial samples and after thorough research and modern know-how, we invented the new semi-automatic closed Petri dish system which, thanks to its special features, has provided the solution to the problems of cultures resulting in on the one hand the rapid cultivation and the reduction of the possibilities of contamination of the samples and on the other hand the easy and quick calculation of the number of colony units of the bacteria. In particular, it has an integrated comb-type spatula with 4 teeth, (preferably in the size of a 10 cm diameter treble), for coating and mixing the samples (picture 1). The bottom of the trivet is larger in diameter than the coverslip and has a circumferential track groove to securely hold the coverslip for smooth circular motion during sample mixing and plating (Figure 2). The bottom of the tribulus also has 10x10 mm and 5x5 mm grid-type squares with numbering and coding for easy counting of bacterial colony forming units per centimeter and 0.5 of a centimeter (Figure 3). oh
