Essence An air-injection engine comprises a single-cylinder engine with pistons 5 capable of moving in inter-opposite direction, buffers, fixed on the buffers body compressors 17, pistons 14 of which by rear parts together with the cylinder walls form the compressor hollows of first stage and by means of connecting rods 15 are rigidly connected with buffer pistons 12, whereas in the hollow of first stage the valves for gas inlet are mounted, and a valve for gas overflow from hollow of first stage to pressure chamber placed in the compressor piston. 3.
