Abstract

The invention comprises compounds of formula <FORM:0997379/C2/1> where R and R1 are each methyl or ethyl. They are prepared by reacting a compound <FORM:0997379/C2/2> where X is chlorine or bromine with p-chlorobenzenethiol, preferably in an organic solvent in the presence of a base. The products are pesticides.ALSO:Pesticidal compositions comprise organophosphorus compounds of formula <FORM:0997379/A5-A6/1> where R and R1 are each methyl or ethyl. Dispersions, solutions and powders are specified.
