Abstract

997,266. Dolls. H. G. STONE & CO. June 19, 1964 [June 19, 1963], No. 24454/63. Heading A6S. A detachable wig is secured to the head of a doll by a single snap fastener 10, 14, one half 14 of the said fastener being secured in the pellicle 16 of said wig. The doll may consist of moulded rigid vinyl and the pellicle of the wig may be of flexible vinyl. The hair may be nylon or acetate fibre penetrating the pellicle to present a rough surface to the doll. The position of the wig on the doll is further maintained by not removing the pronounced flash 22 on the head produced during moulding.
