Abstract

The invention comprises a herbicidal composition suitable for use in the culture of rice containing as active ingredient a mixture of 2-methyl - 4 - chlorophenoxy acetylorthochloroanilide (MCPCa) and 2,6 - dichlorobenzonitrile (DCBN). The composition may be used in the form of a dust, granules, wettable powders and emulsifiable concentrates, which formulations may contain one or more agricultural chemical additives, e.g. diluents, solvents, emulsifiers, penetration agents, spreaders, fertilizers and soil.
