Abstract

993,078. Curtain holders. RUBBER PLASTICS Ltd. (Lemforder Metallwarengesellschaft). April 30, 1964 [May 10, 1963], No. 18547/63. Heading A4B. A curtain holding device comprises a U-shaped metal strip of which one jaw 1 has lugs 2 for mounting on a window frame and the other jaw 4 is resilient and a strip of polyurethane moulded with teeth 6 is inserted in a recess of jaw 1 to grip a curtain. In a modification, Fig. 3, a plate 8 carries a boss 11 containing rubber bushes into which are fixed cranked rods 13 having on the other end a sleeve with ribs 14.
