Abstract

[Also in Division H2] A cable clip comprises a base 10 (Fig. 1) having identical, slotted, co-planar lugs 11 whose sides 13 resiliently deform to grip a cable C when it is pressed into the space between adjacent lugs. Chamfered edges 15 facilitate insertion of the cable between the lugs. The lugs may be arranged in several parallel rows and some may be strengthened by not having slots. The clip may be made by extruding a T-section from thermoplastic material followed by slotting and cutting processes.
