A cable or like clip comprises a first strip 1 of material with a central fixing hole, the length of the strip being such as to provide for at least partial envelopment of a cable or the like 7 to be supported, and a second strip 3 of spring material of part circular form for embracing the -first strip through an arc substantially in excess of 180 degrees. The first strip may be formed of any ductile material including plastics or it may be formed of spring material and one or both strips may be formed with longitudinally extending grooves, Figs. 8-11 (not shown).
