[Also in Division H2] The oven is identical to that disclosed in Specifications 983,542 and 983,544, but the claims are directed to a method of cleaning the oven of food soil, in which the inner lining of the oven is raised to between 750‹ and 950‹ F. to degrade the food soils, the gaseous degradation products being permitted to escape from the oven cavity to prevent their subsequent condensation therein.
