981,519. Cooking spits. PARKINSON COWAN Ltd. Jan. 11, 1964, No. 1346/64. Heading A4D. A clockwork spit is provided with a detachable winding handle 15 which can be used, in any one of three positions, to wind the motor in drum 12. Boss 16 enables the handle to be drivingly engaged with the free end of spit rod 10 and spigot 17 fits into either socket 11a or 18. The drum 12 is prevented from rotating by the engagement of a pin thereon with stationary support 13.
