According to the Provisional Specification, (a) the elements which total 21-44 include V, Mo, Mn and Si, (b) the maxima of B, C and N are 5, 2 and 2 respectively and (c) Ce up to 2, Hf up to 5, Th up to 5 and U up to 23 may also be present.
