[Also in Division D1] A plaster of Paris bandage consists of a backing 10 which is preferably a glass fibre surfacing tissue having a coating of plaster of Paris applied thereto such that it is deposited in approximately transverse ridges 21 which have an irregular wave pattern, and haphazard portions 22 connecting the ridges together with irregularly shaped and spaced perforations 23 through the coating on to the backing 10.
