Abstract
Refractories are prepared by casting a fused mixture of 63-69% by weight of substantially pure MgO and 31-37% by weight of substantially pure Al2O3. Impurities may not exceed 1.5% CaO, 11.0% SiO2, 0.5% Na2O and 0.5% Fe2O3. Specification 265,847 is referred to.
