957, 678. Electric clocks. ELEKTROCAS NARODNI PODNIK. Aug. 29, 1960 [Sept. 3, 1959], No. 29665/60. Heading G3T. In an electric clock a synchronous motor M drives the going train through a clutch K. The going train closes a switch km every minute and a switch ks every second to energize an electromagnet Q which releases the clutch K and applies a brake F to the going train. When the receiver R receives a synchronizing time signal the electromagnet Q is de-energized so that the clutch K is re-engaged and the brake F released.
