A water container 13 is pivotally mounted on a U-bracket 12 carried by an enlongated support rod 10 on which slides a sleeve 21 to which is attached one end of a cord 22, the other end of the cord being fastened to an eye 18 on the container. Tilting of the container to dispense water through spout 15 is effected by downward movement of sleeve 20.
