948,850. Suction cleaners. J. C. DELACRETAZ. Aug. 31, 1961, No. 31405/61. Heading A4F. A cleaning device, more particularly for slatted structures such as Venetian blinds, comprises a hollow body 5, having a connector 6 for attachment to a suction source, two or more hollow members 7 extending from the body 5 and holding a pad 8 of soft resilient material extending through openings 9 on opposite sides thereof. In the illustrated embodiment, the members 7 are curved, to follow the shape of the slats, and each pad 8 is clamped to a bar 16, the ends of which engage in slots in the body 5 and the end caps 10. The caps 10 are held on the ends of the members 7 by the flanges 11 and grooves 12.
