938,374. Weft supply for shuttleless looms. BREVITEX ETABLISSEMENTS POUR L' EXPLOITATION DE BREVETS TEXTILES. Dec. 1, 1959 [Dec. 3, 1958], No. 40831/59. Classes 120 (2) and 142 (2). A shuttleless loom weft thread feeding device comprises vaned bosses 17, 17<SP>1</SP> which may be axially adjusted so that intermeshing of the vanes 18, 18<SP>1</SP> provides a bearing surface 20, for the weft thread 19, which is of an adjustable diameter. The thread 20 makes at least one complete turn on the surface 20 and the driving shaft 6 may be rotated at varying set speeds. The vanes 18, 18<SP>1</SP> may be replaced by rods and scales 22, 22<SP>1</SP> indicate the diameter of the surface 20.
