Abstract

929,782. Drawers. FLEXIFORM Ltd. Oct. 21, 1959 [Oct. 21, 1958], No. 33676/58. Class 52 (1). A filing cabinet 10 has a plurality of drawers 14 supported side by side in rows A, B on frames or members 19 connected between side walls 11, 12 each drawer 14 being supported on the frame 19 by a pair of guides 23 each co.nprising a vertical wall 24, and tracks 25, 26 to receive rollers 28 secured to the bottom of the drawer. The walls 24 have rollers 30 to engage the bottom of the drawer. When the drawer has been pulled out so far that its centre of gravity lies forwardly of roller 30 the drawer tilts forwardly and downwardly, rollers 28 becoming seated on upper tracks 26. Stops 32 prevent the drawer being pulled right out.
