927,734. Tractor fuel tank arrangements. INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER CO. OF GREAT BRITAIN Ltd. March 30, 1962 [June 13, 1961], No. 21263/61. Class 79(3) [Also in Group XXXII] A fuel tank 3 is combined with a seat 2 of a crawler tractor, the unit being pivoted to the vehicle at 4 so as to give access, in the raised position, to steering clutches and transmission gearing disposed beneath the seat. Apertured lugs 8 and 9 are provided on the tractor and seat respectively, the apertures being in register to receive a securing pin in the lowered position and receiving the turned over ends of a bar 7 to hold the unit in the raised position. Holes 5 and 6 in the seat and tractor frames, respectively, receive bolts to additionally secure the seat in the lowered position. The fuel supply pipes are flexible.
