926,219. Endless-belt conveyers. SOVEX Ltd. Aug. 25, 1961 [Aug. 31, 1960], No. 30037/60. Class 78 (1). An endless conveyer band 2 with a main vertical section 4 has a fluid-filled envelope 20 for pressing the articles being conveyed against the band or vice versa and is provided with auxiliary bands 7, 8 backed by metal plates 17, 18 to support flights 5, 6 making angles of 30 and 65 degrees with the horizontal in a transition section between the feed section 1 and the vertical section 4. Bands 3, 7 and 8 may be driven 3% faster than band 2. Specifications 801,447, 872,480, 873,542 and 888,067 are referred to.
