Abstract

The invention comprises lysine nicotinate having the formula: <FORM:0925567/IV(a)/1> and a therapeutic composition thereof having hypocholesterolemia inducing properties and vaso-dilating properties. Such compositions are administered orally as tablets, by injection or in the form of suppositories.
