Abstract

Relates to a -phenoxyalkylpenicillin salts of propionylerythromycin which may be prepared by reacting an a -phenoxyalkylpenicillin with a stoichiometric quantity of propionylerythromycin in solution in a suitable solvent, such as acetone. The salts may be incorporated in pharmaceutical compositions.
