916,332. Baths. BENZ Ltd., and ACKERMAN, S. May 14, 1959 [May 16, 1958], No. 15752/58. Class 26. [Also in Group XXVIII]. An overflow outlet from a bath comprises upper and lower pipe sections 10, 26 for connection between the overflow 15 of the bath and the drain pipe 29. The section 10 has a telescopic connection 12, 18 with a part 11 and a cranked portion 23 for swiveling connection at 24, 18 with a cranked portion of the lower section 26 so that the pipe can be adjusted to omit the wall of the bath and the height of the overflow 15. The section 26 has also a cranked lower portion 27 which has a swiveling connection with the drain pipe 29.
