Abstract

905,180. Babies' bibs. HEATON, W. S., and HEATON, H. June 29, 1961 [Oct. 28, 1960], No. 37188/60. Class 141. A baby's feeder bib comprises two outer sheets of synthetic plastic material and an intermediate layer of synthetic foam plastic, one or both of the outer sheets being secured to the intermediate layer by quilting 6 over a substantial portion of the area of the bib. The quilting may be effected by sewing or high-frequency welding. A pocket is provided on the front surface below the quilted area. The bib is supported by ties or by a harness comprising shoulder straps and horizontal side straps 8, 9, respectively, of synthetic plastic material connected by an elastic back-strap 10.
