898,235. Confectionery. COLLIER, E. L. Jan. 19, 1960, No. 1950/60. Class 28 (1). [Also in Group XVII] A conical container 10 is divided into two compartments by a disc 16, perpendicular to its axis and about midway along its length, which has, secured to its faces, a central holder 14 extending into the apex of the container and a statuette 20 of inedible material which is enveloped in confection 18. The container 10, e.g. of waxed paper or the like, is readily removable e.g. by tearing along line 12. The stick 14 may be of plastic, waxed paper or the like. The confection 18 may be levelled off at the top of the cone, Fig. 6 (not shown).
