Abstract
893,738. Healds. BRACKER A.G. April 13, 1959 [April 15, 1958], No. 12403/59. Class 142(2) The end plates 2 for steel wire healds are made out of strip metal with stamped-out apertures 3 and slots 5, 6, the double wires 1 of the heald being inserted in the end slots, the transverse strip 8 above the end aperture 3 being stamped out, and the wires then being soldered into the slots of the resultant end plate. The slots 5 may be parallel to each other, as in Fig. 7, or diverge as in Fig. 5; the apertures 3 may be open at the side as shown in Fig. 5.
