Abstract
890,942. Resilient mountings. HALL, N. D. A. March 24, 1958 [April 4, 1957], No. 11042/57. Class 108(3). A vibration isolating block located beneath a concrete machine foundation 20 comprises spaced strips of cork or rubber 10 with the spaces therebetween filled with blocks of foamed polystyrene or polystrol 11. The air space between the block 20 and the surrounding concrete 21 can also be filled with foamed polystyrene.
