882,457. Mattress handles. BECHIK PRODUCTS Inc. July 14, 1960 [March 28, 1960], No. 24608/60. Class 52(4) A mattress handle 3 has a hole 5 at each end corresponding with a hole X in the mattress 2 and washers with a flat flange 14 and a channel 15 are held beneath the hole while a grommet 6 with a perforated upper surface 7 and pointed fingers 10 is inserted in the hole 5, a downward force being applied so that the fingers 10 puncture the mattress and are turned over by the channels 15 so as to hold the unit together.
