876,167. Resilient mountings. SOC. APPLICAZIONI GOMMA ANTIVIBRANTI S.A.G.A. S.p.A. April 23, 1959 [Dec. 2, 1958], No. 13880/59. Class 108(3). A resilient support comprises a stack of rubber and metal-plates which alternate with each other. The rubber plates 1 have ridges 5, 5<SP>1</SP>, which engage grooves 3, 3<SP>1</SP> in the metal plates 2. On their opposite sides the rubber plates 1 have grooves 6, 6' which engage ridges 4, 4<SP>1</SP> on the opposite surfaces of the metal plates. A rubber plate is provided at both the top and the bottom of the stack. The top and bottom plates may have their outer surfaces either flat or grooved, but not ridged.
