Abstract

871,612. Bakers' ovens. PROHASKA, F. March 20, 1959, No. 9802/59. Class 51 (2). A draw-plate for a baker's oven having a relatively steeply inclined inlet passage 2a comprises a rigid frame 5 and a flexible web 6 attached to the inner edge 5d of said frame, the free end being stiffened by a rail 7 with one or more handles 8. The draw-plate may be converted to a tray by means of one or more connecting members 11 comprising limbs 13 and 14 pivoted at 12 and formed with hooks 13a and 14a engaging respectively the handle 8 and the outer edge 5c of the frame. In a modification, Figs. 7 and 8 (not shown), the rigid frame may detachably engage sockets at the inner edge of the flexible web, being withdrawn therefrom after insertion in the oven. The frame may also be furnished with rollers near the inner end, Fig. 9 (not shown).
