Abstract

868,839. Labels, seals &c. THOMPSON, B. W. March 15, 1960 [March 21, 1959], No. 9864/59. Classes 73 and 146(2). A label comprises a metal plate 5 formed with an integral attachment loop 6 having a shaped free end 7 adapted to interlock by deformation with a correspondingly shaped recess 8 in the plate. Alternatively the end 7 may be formed with a recess for interlocking engagement with a head or unaer cut projection on the edge of the plate. The free end of the loop may be further secured to the plate by welding or brazing.
