Abstract

867,498. Packaging seeds. POLYCELL PRODUCTS Ltd., and NEUMANN, S. July 15, 1957 [June 19, 1956], No. 18976/56. Class 94(1). Seeds are attached by adhesive to one side of a support sheet bearing on the other side a fertiliser. The sheet may be formed of paper, waste wool &c. and the adhesive may be of a nitrogeneous nature e.g. animal glue liquefied with sodium nitrate. The fertilizer may be inorganic e.g. potassium chloride, and is secured by adhesive. A second sheet may be secured to the first to cover the seeds. The sheet may have a pattern of seeds and carry a printed indication of the pattern.
