Abstract

866,092. Foldable table legs and arm-rests. ROBIN & SON Ltd., H. Oct. 15, 1958 [June 20, 1958], No. 19789/58. Classes 52(2) and 52(3). [Also in Group XXV] A table leg or fold-down arm-rest is socketed in a head 5 pivoted at 4 in a housing 1 which also carries a pivoted spring pressed latch 11 which engages a radial shoulder 7 in the head 5 to hold the leg or armrest when erected. The latch can also retain the leg or arm-rest in folded position by engagement with a further radial shoulder 8 and additional shoulders can be provided in the head 5 to give various angular settings of the leg or arm-rest.
