Abstract

A drinking tube is formed of a moulded farinaceous material incorporating sweetening and flavouring media, as by extrusion of a flour paste similar to that used in the production of macaroni but containing an admixture of sugar and orange juice. The formed tube may be treated with an edible water-repellant substance, such as a substantially tasteless vegetable oil.
